Whilst a large portion of the budget was allowed for built-in appliances and worktops, it’s actually the
custom made Sancerre Grooved Oak Doors that take centre focus. The developer also opted to hang the door leaves in the traditional method and install standard softwood painted frames. This maximised budget to fit with the brief, however, it’s a pleasant look that displays quality. Light and spacious, these high-end houses also have plenty of natural sunlight.
