This project consisted of 9 high-end town centre apartments with Georgian tiled hallways and traditional ironmongery. This was carried out alongside a newly built Villiers Court building containing 13 apartments and forms part of a new prestigious residential development from the Duchy of Lancaster. Located on Ripon Road, the development is close to Harrogate town centre’s shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also within walking distance of the train station and has good links to the motorway system.
The developer chose to use Doorsan’s range of internal London doors for the main existing building refurbishment in a traditional 4-panel door. The newly built Villiers Court apartments were fitted with the more modern London 1 panel doors for the entrance along with Ellington 1 panel internal doors in a RAL 9010 Pure White finish and matching refurbished architrave.
