This regency style red brick home is situated in the pretty London suburb of Beckenham. A new build it features Doorsan’s traditional 3-panel doors with Knightsbridge beading and a 10% gloss RAL9005 Jet Black finish. Throughout this property, a neutral and monochrome palette of colour is prominent but warmth is then added using stained solid wood flooring and selected fixtures and furniture pieces in walnut. Looking in the grand central foyer there is a dressed centre hallway table with flowers and a large candle arrangement. A large roof lantern also allows the natural light to flood in and frame the stone staircase superbly. Moving into the open plan kitchen which boasts traditional cabinetry and a ten-seater table, the breakfast bar looks out onto square-cut hedges framed by large aluminium external sliding doors.
The black internal doors which were supplied for this project were requested as door leaf only. These were installed by the building contractor themselves along with traditional ironmongery in a polished chrome finish and complementary beehive door knobs - Doorsan are also specialist producers of completely pre-hung door-sets where door leaf, frame and architrave are already factory-machined for ironmongery.
