A magnificent family home, this project was finished in late 2015. Our client was fond of the appearance of a walnut finish and required internal doors for their new refurbishment. The brief was to coordinate the timber throughout all of the property in order to match the solid walnut staircase and balcony. Doorsan’s suggestion was walnut metal inlay doors which featured brushed aluminium for added sheen.
As you can see from the photos, this is a wonderful property with its sundrenched vast entrance hall. A large chandelier also hangs down from the 2-story ceiling, no doubt a dazzling welcome home. Although you would describe this property as more traditional, it does have a modern twist. Metal inlays included in flush door design really do create a contemporary look. Fluted white painted architrave was then also included, along with a corner and skirting plinth block. Walnut Metal Inlay Doors enhance the overall look and compliment the satin stainless steel finish of the staircase newel posts.
