This regency style home was one of Doorsan’s first projects to showcase the new sunken inlay. A new development it featured Inlay 1 panel doors with the door leaf finished in Slate Black. All of the doors throughout this build were supplied as pre-hung door sets with concealed hinges and magnetic latches. The client also requested contrasting smooth white frames which featured Art Deco stepped architrave. Doorsan’s inlays can be created with different finishes and for this particular home, a silver steel finish was chosen which ties in beautifully with the polished chrome hardware. The overall look of the doors is a punchy and monochrome style.
Large sash windows are also used which flood the interior with lots of beautiful natural light. No matter the time, this helps to really set off the open wood grain and dark finish of the door leaves. This property also might look superb during the day but at night, reflective elements like iridescent tiles make it something else. Further to this, the cinema room provides a cosy snug with its faux snakeskin walls.
