Just north of the Lake District in picturesque Cockermouth, Cumbria resides this lovingly restored home. A property that was then further developed by a husband and wife team truly dedicated to their labour of love. Featuring in this project are Doorsan’s crown cut American white oversized oak doors. The doors are also pre-finished in higher than normal gloss level by special request. The original local stone still forms the outside walls and can also be seen inside the extension which links between the wings of the property. Solid block corner quoins then frame an oversized Miami door, a feature that provides strength and weather protection.
Other pleasant features include coving lighting in the hallway which illuminates the high-gloss finish of the Miami model doors. Solid wood Karndean parquet flooring can also be seen throughout which matches well with the diagonal lines of the oak.
