It’s a part of human nature to be intrigued about what is behind a closed door. This was proved by Prankster Blake Grigsby and friends who installed a special cupboard at Chicago’s Union Station concourse. They stuffed the cupboard with 2.000 coloured plastic balls, the type used in childrens ball pits, which flowed out when the door was opened.
This video displays a mixture of human emotions, from the obvious initial intrigue, from people tempted to open the door, to panic, surprise, shock and of course the children were thrilled and started to play.
It would be interesting to know how many people tried to stuff the balls back into the cupboard due to their guilt or self consciousness feelings.
The sign outside the cupboard simply says ‘What’s Behind the Door’ which, it appears, is sufficient to entice people to find out and to open the door. This sentiment is exactly the one we believe in at Doorsan Ltd we want the doors we supply to our customers to be intriguing and make a statement about what is behind the doors in your property.
