The big news of the moment is the long-awaited arrival of Will and Kate's son. After camping out for days before, the press were all there to snap the first glimpse of the delighted new parents with their beautiful son.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge emerged from the hospital to proudly present their new baby boy to the world and they answered a few questions before going back inside to place the baby in his car seat and preparing to make their way home to Kensington Palace. When asked whom the baby looked like, William said luckily it was all Kate although she didn't seem quite so sure. William positioned the car seat like a pro and then took to the driver seat to set off as Kate sat protectively next to her son in the back of the car.
Public opinion seems mixed on the new arrival and some people are moaning about the level of publicity, while others seem obsessed with every detail. I am personally pleased to see a happy couple with a lovely baby boy and I wish them all the best for the future.
While all eyes were on the couple and the new baby, I couldn't help but notice the door from which they all emerged. The cameras were almost entirely focused on the new baby, but a quick glimpse of the building as they first emerged appeared to show a double door set featuring a timber frame around large panels of glass.
If you are looking for a similar style of door then the Pattern 20 Pair Grand Set 04 form Doorsan would be a good option. The oak external door is a classic style that is supplied in unfinished oak so you can select your preferred choice of finish. Maybe the new Georgian style with a modern twist will be our next trend!
